Is there a membership fee?
No, Love Kin membership is completely free. We believe in removing financial barriers to youth development. Our programs are funded through donations, grants, and partnerships.
How long does the approval process take?
Applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once a decision is made.
Can I apply if I'm not in Lagos?
Yes! Love Kin is open to youth across Nigeria. Many of our programs are hybrid (virtual + in-person), and we're expanding our physical presence to more cities.
What age range is eligible?
We welcome young people aged 18-35. Some specific programs may have narrower age ranges (e.g., 18-25 for certain tournaments).
What happens after I'm approved?
You'll receive a welcome email with your membership code (format: LKYYXXXX) and login credentials. You can then access the member dashboard, complete your profile, and start exploring programs.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Members automatically progress from Nursery → Secondary upon admin approval. Primary tier is by invitation only for those taking on leadership/admin roles.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure password hashing, and follow data protection best practices. Your personal information is never sold or shared without consent.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can request account deletion from your member dashboard or contact support. Your data will be removed per our data retention policy.
